If you have previously marked a form complete on a customer profile, but for whatever reason, you or the customer need to return to this form and continue filling out or edit information here is how you will do that.
First, navigate to the forms tab of the customer profile along the left hand side of your screen. If you only need to work on one form, you will simply select the "actions dropdown, along the right hand side of the form, and find the the "mark form incomplete" button. This will open the form back up to be editable.
If you need to continue working on multiple forms, you can mark them all incomplete at once by selecting the forms via the check boxes along the left hand side. You will then select the "bulk actions" button in the top right hand corner, and select "mark forms incomplete" from the drop down options.
