Risk Data Tables: Personal Real Estate
On May 7, we released a new spreadsheet editor and import workflow for Commercial Buildings. The same functionality is now available for Personal Real Estate.
We also combined the Street number and Street address fields into a single Address field.
Improved Personal Real Estate property data > COPE mapping
When an agent selects View Data on a personal real estate record for the first time, we map as much of the available data to Wunderite's COPE fields. We updated the mappings so that more fields should be auto-mapped.
Use the table below to see which property data fields map to Wunderite fields, with secondary and tertiary fields being backups if the primary field data is not available.

Add notes to Commercial Premises
Previously, it wasn't possible to add notes to Commercial Premises. We added the ability via the Attachments and Notes modal.
Risk Data Tables: text area cell
Adds a special text area cell to our new Risk Data pages. When selected, the cell's viewing area will increase. Users can also select an expand button to further increase the view area of the cell. This is helpful for notes and risk data types with long text.
Import & Export notes
Previously it wasn't possible to import or export notes on some risk data pages, including Commercial Premises, Commercial Buildings, and Personal Real Estate. Additionally, any new Risk Data Table pages released in the coming months will include import/export support for notes. Note: this doesn't impact AMS360 import/export at all.
Autofill Form Mapping - Environmental Insurance
Environmental Insurance forms are now supported with improved Cross Form Mappings! Agents will see an improvement in the number of fields that map from one form to another.

Re-fetching property data doesn't display updated COPE data until refreshing the page
On the Commercial Buildings page, if a user refetches property data for a building, the COPE data wouldn't appear to update in the table UI until the user would refresh the page.
Commercial Risk Data UI fixes
Fixes a few minor UI issues on Commercial Risk Data Tables:
Delete Attachmentconfirmation modal sometimes displays behind Attachments & Notes modal.Validation errors don't persist when navigating away from the page.
Dropdown menu size is small when near the edge of the browser window. We updated this behavior so the menu drops up instead of down (allowing for more space to display menu options)
Columnsvisibility dropdown shows menu option forLocationinstead ofNumber. We updated the menu item to be consistent with the column header label.
Additional Form Notes don't save
On the Forms Response page, messages typed in Additional Form Notes weren't saving.
Search phrase persists between Risk Data Table and import view
Fixes an issue occurring on the new Risk Data Table pages, which would occur when a user would perform a search on a table and then import a spreadsheet. The search phrase would persist on the import flow.
Submissions: Incomplete signature packets with long file names result in 404 error
Fixes an issue on Submissions that occurred if a user tried to mark a Submission complete. If there were incomplete signature packets with long file names, selecting a signature packet would result in a 404 error.
