On Forms and Signature Manager pages, we updated the Submissions filter to only display Submissions that have corresponding items. e.g. on the Forms page, don't list Submissions with 0 forms.

Previously, navigating to the Signature Manager page would load all signature packets at the same time. For risk profiles with a lot of signature packets, that behavior could cause performance issues. We added infinite scroll to the Signature Manager page so that only 25 signature packets will load at a time. When a user reaches the bottom of the page, another 25 signature packets will load.

If an agent copies a form on a risk profile, the form and form answers should be copied. However, there should be no association with any signature files for copied forms.
