Submissions - Digital Signature

Following-up on our initial Submissions release, agents can now add signature packets to Submissions. Completed Submissions will include all Forms and Signatures associated with the Submission.

🎨 Usability

Copy Form UUID, Name, or Form Number

Adds three menu options available in Tools > Forms Library when selecting the ellipsis button [⁝] on a form tile:

  • Copy UUID

  • Copy Name

  • Copy Form Number

Selecting any of these menu items will copy the respective content to the agent's clipboard. This is especially useful for debug information when communicating with Wunderite Customer Success.

Indicate non-PDF forms when bulk merging

On the Forms page, if an agent selects multiple forms to merge and download, if some of the forms are only webforms and don't have associated PDFs (e.g. Upload your Declaration Pages), they won't be merged into the flattened PDF. Any user-uploaded attachments will still be included in the download as a separate ZIP folder.

Download Buildings & Subjects of Insurance in a single export ZIP

We simplified the Commercial Buildings export process by combining Buildings and Subjects of Insurance into a single ZIP download when exporting. Note: When importing, Buildings and Subjects of Insurance still need to be imported separately.

Preview entire signature packet

Previously, it was possible to download a completed signature packet or view individual files in a signature packet, but it wasn't possible to preview the entire signature packet. We added a new carousel navigator, allowing agents to preview a signature packet with any status. From the Signature Manager, select the Actions menu for a packet, then select View Packet.

For consistency with the Forms page and to make the best use of horizontal space, on the Signature Manager and Agent Dashboard pages, we moved the Sign button to display in the Status column for instances when the current user needs to sign a file. Previously it displayed in a dedicated column next to the Actions button.

Export Risk Data to AMS360 format results in corrupted file

For agencies that have their AMS toggled to Vertafore AMS360 in Wunderite, when exporting risk data types that support AMS360 exports, the exported csv was corrupted.

Risk Data Tables - Buildings UI cleanup

Fixes some minor UI issues on the new Risk Data Tables - Buildings page:

  • Menu items in the Columns dropdown displayed the wrong cursor on hover

  • When searching property data, a user would need to select the X button twice to clear the search (instead of single click)

  • On imports, validation errors and warnings that occurred on unmapped columns didn't count towards the row summary
