Update Submission Updated timestamp when a Submission task is updated
Previously, the Updated timestamp for a submission only updated if the Submission name or due date changed. We updated the behavior so that if any of the Submission child tasks are updated (e.g. form marked complete), the Submission Updated timestamp also updates.

Selecting View Data on existing address prompts a property data pull
If an agent pulls property data for a building added to a specific address, any subsequent buildings added that are associated with that address shouldn't be charged a property data pull credit, since the lookup was already performed for the address.
