Form Submissions

Organize multiple forms, set a due date and target effective date with Wunderite Submissions. Download all of your submission forms as a single ZIP file to easily share with underwriters.

Check out our Submissions knowledge base to learn more! Initial release supports forms; digital signature and risk data support to come soon.

PDF thumbnail preview when hovering over form name

When on the Forms page, hovering on the name of a form will display a tooltip with a thumbnail preview of the PDF, making it easier to navigate forms from a glance. We'll be adding this feature to the Agent Dashboard and Signature Manager soon.

Disable risk data imports for insureds

Prevents insureds from importing risk data spreadsheets, even when the insured has Create permission. This ability will be revisited later in 2025 when Wunderite updates the agent and insured risk data experience.

Property data pulls show broken images on buildings

For buildings that have photos available as a result of the property data pull, the building photos were displaying as broken links.

View and Edit permissions should be checked and disabled for customers who are assigned forms

When a customer is assigned a form, an agent shouldn't be allowed to revoke their view or edit permission, so that the customer doesn't lose access to the form. The permissions table for the customer should display disabled and checked boxes for Form View and Edit permission.

"Signature Completed" email notification lists agency name instead of risk profile name

Fixes a minor text bug in the "Signature Completed" notification where the body of the email listed the agency name instead of risk profile or segment name associated with the completed signature file.

Required question with answer "0" is not treated as answered

Fixes an issue on the Forms Response page where some questions that are answered with a value of "0" are treated as not answered. This is especially noticeable if the question is also marked as required - the user would be prevented from completing or marking the form done.
