Manage a Submission

The intended audience for this article is Agents.

You can access submissions from any risk profile using the sidebar navigation Submissions tab.

Submissions Page

  1. Select New Submission New Submission + to start a new submission

  2. Select the All Statuses dropdown to filter by open and closed submissions

Submission Actions

  1. Close Submission - sets submission status to Closed, locking any further edits.

  2. Edit Submission - Update name, target effective date, or due date.

  3. Download Submission Files - Get all submission assets in a ZIP file.

  4. Download Files (Flat) - Download a all forms in a submission as flattened PDFs.

  5. Delete Submission - Permanently delete the submission. Note: any related forms or other assets will still exist on the risk profile


Submission Detail Page

Manage Submission tasks and details from the Submissions detail page.

Submission Actions

The same quick actions are available on the submission detail page, accessible in the top right of the screen:

Form Actions

  1. Select Open Form to view the selected form on the forms response page and/or update answers.

  2. View on Forms Page - Navigate to the Forms page, filtered to see all forms related to your submission

  3. Remove from Submission - Remove the form from the submission. The form will still exist as a standalone form on the Forms page.

Signature Actions

  1. If the current user is added as a signer to the selected signature packet, select Sign to open the sign workflow.

  2. Select Open Signature File to...

    1. View the PDF of a Completed file.

    2. View the prepare signature flow for Ready to Send files.

  3. View in Signature Manager - Navigate to the Signature Manager page, filtered to see all packets related to your submission

  4. Remove from Submission - Remove the signature packet from the submission. The signature packet will still exist as a standalone signature packet on the Signatures page.

Future enhancements will include support for risk data in submissions.
