Add Forms & Signatures to a Submission

How to add forms or signatures to an existing submission

From the Submission Details Page

  1. Go to the Submissions page, select an existing submission or create a new one.

  2. Select Add Task +

  3. Select a Form or Signature type

    1. Form in progress - form that you're already working on

    2. Blank form from library

    3. Signature in progress - signature that you're already working on

    4. Upload or request signatur

  4. Find a Form - Search all forms, pick from Team Favorites, or use a Team Template.

  5. Add the Form - Select your form and click Add Form.


  6. The newly added form or signature will appear in the Submission Details page.


From the Forms or Signatures pages

Add a form or signature in progress

  1. From a risk profile, navigate to the Forms or Signatures tab in the sidebar navigation.

  2. Select the Actions dropdown on the form or signature you want to add and click Add to Submission.

  3. Search and select an existing open submission or create a new submission.

  4. Select the submission you wish to add the form to and click Save Submissions.


  5. The newly added submission will appear in the Submissions column for your form or signture

    You will also see the form appear on the submission page for the risk profile.

Add an existing form or signature to another submission from the Forms or Signature page

  1. From the Forms or Signatures page, select the Actions dropdown on the form you want to add and select Change Submissions.


  2. Search and select an existing open submission or create a new submission. (For this example, we'll create a new submission)


    Click + Create New Submission and enter the submission details.


    Select Save Submission

  3. Confirm the submissions you wish to add the form to and select Save Submissions.

  4. The newly added submission will appear in the Submissions column for your form or signature.

Add multiple existing forms or signatures to a submission from the Forms or Signature page

  1. From the Forms or Signature page, select the forms that you want to add to a submission.

  2. Select the Bulk Actions dropdown and click Add to Submission.

  3. Search and select an existing open submission or create a new submission.


  4. Select the submission you wish to add the forms to and click Save Submission.

  5. The newly added submission will appear in the Submissions column for your form
