The intended audience for this article is Agents.

  • Score is A-F, like a college report card, with A being best and F being worst.

  • The scores for HH ranges are A = 0-40, B=41-80, C= 81-150, D= 151-180, F= 181-200

  • The A-F crime grades are based on the 0-200 numerical scores.

    • Zero is the lowest risk and 200 is the worst risk

    • For contrast, Verisk's crime score is based on a 0-2000 scale: A location's potential risk of crime is compared against national averages to provide a highly granular risk score, based on a scale of 0 (safest) to 2,000 (least safe).

The score can be used to make informed risk-based decisions. 1+1
