Adds Georgia Workers Comp codes to Tools > Workers' Compensation Search and Commercial Profiles > Risk Data > Workers Comp

When inviting an agent collaborator for a risk profile from the Digital Signature workflow, automatically select the Segment that the risk profile belongs to, so that the Segment doesn't need to be manually updated.

Previously, searching for a commercial or personal risk profile would require an exact match of the risk profile name. e.g. a search term of Cathy Cat Care would return no results even if a profile named Cathy's Cat Care existed in Wunderite. We updated the search to be more permissive so that it's easier to find profiles without knowing the exact name. After the update, searching Cathy Cat Care would return Cathy's Cat Care as a result, even though it's not an exact match.
